Dr Matthias Leukert

Dr. Matthias Leukert studied in Tübingen, has been a lawyer and specialist in labor law since 2000, and has worked for SLP since 2011. Previously, he was primarily involved in the establishment of the labor law department of a renowned regional law firm.

Dr. Leukert advises companies and executives throughout Germany in all matters of labor law, primarily in the drafting of employment and service contracts, in proceedings for protection against dismissal, resolution proceedings under works constitution law, restructurings, and negotiations on reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans. He has been a lecturer on all topics of labor law, including in-house training for many years.
