Training is important for employee retention and necessary to help executives fulfill their personnel responsibilities. Through their behavior, they have a significant influence on the corporate culture. Emotional attachment is created in the immediate work environment, which is why the direct supervisor holds a key position in all companies (cf. Gallup Engagement Index, according to which the annual economic damage in Germany caused by "bad bosses" was already an enormous EUR 122 billion in 2019).

With the SLP Executives Academy under the direction of Prof. Dr. Joachim Gschwinder, Ms. Susanne Tourlas and Dr. Ralf Seier, we want to focus even more on this important group in the interest of companies and executives by offering targeted training as well as individual coaching. Last but not least, we also take care of the "self-defense" of executives, who often do not pay enough attention to their own concerns through their function as managers.

We have extensive experience as lecturers in higher education, legal education and at business associations, chambers of commerce and industry, chambers of handicrafts as well as in the context of in-house events, gladly also remotely.
